• User Submissions: By submitting films, scripts, or photos to CineVega (including our filmmaker challenges & CineSprint [Cine-Sprint]), you represent that you own all necessary rights to the work.

• License: By submitting, you grant CineVega a non-exclusive right to screen, promote, and use snippets of your work for festival marketing purposes, while you retain full ownership of the IP.

4. Event Participation & Conduct

CineVega is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from an event (digital or physical) who engages in disruptive, illegal, or harassing behavior.

• Tickets for CineVega events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

5. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Eventbrite or Instagram). CineVega is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

6. Limitation of Liability
